About_
A logic-based video game prototype combining modular cube mechanics, hand-built scenography and responsive sound design. Developed in 2025 as a demonstrational build, it established the foundation for the Cubature world across digital, exhibition and cultural formats.

My role_
As Co-Creator and Executive Producer, I shape the project’s overall direction, strategic positioning and development framework. I work across concept development, narrative structure, funding strategy and external positioning, helping define how Cubature evolves as both a game and a broader cross-format world.

An immersive art installation translating the logic and visual language of Cubature into physical space. Developed as an exhibition extension of the project, the installation expands the Cubature world into an institutional and public format, with its premiere taking place on 12 May 2026 at the Polish Institute in Berlin as part of A MAZE. / Berlin 2026.


My role_
As Co-Creator and Executive Producer, I lead the strategic development of the installation as an exhibition format and public-facing extension of the Cubature world. I oversee its conceptual direction, institutional positioning, partnerships and presentation, ensuring coherence between the project’s artistic language, production framework and international debut.

A tender project for the creative concept and visual identity of Festival Przemiany 2025, themed “Empathy. For the Naive or the Brave?”. The concept was built around the symbolism of the gaze as a sign of contact, reflection and conscious engagement with another perspective. Selected for implementation.

My role_
I co-developed the project’s creative concept and helped shape its narrative direction, translating the festival theme into a clear and coherent visual framework aligned with the institutional brief. I also coordinated the full proposal process, from concept development and documentation to final presentation and project delivery.

A tender project for the creative concept of Festival Przemiany 2024, themed “What Will We Build the Future From?”. The concept explored materials as the real substance of the future, using a modular totem structure to reflect a world built from what already exists. Selected for implementation.


My role_
I co-created the project’s concept and supported the development of its communication logic, while leading the full tender proposal process on the agency side. I prepared the documentation, schedule and materials required by the public institution, and later managed client communication to maintain consistency throughout delivery.

A week-long programme of debates, talks, educational activities and a contemporary art exhibition commissioned by the City of Warsaw. The project created an open public space for dialogue around key human rights issues, including war, migration, disinformation, online child safety and neurodiversity.


My role_
As Executive Producer, I led the strategic and operational delivery of the project, from shaping the programme structure and communication approach to coordinating partnerships, accessibility standards, formal processes and execution. I also supervised the delivery of the accompanying exhibition, “We Have the Right.”

My role_
I managed sponsorship partnerships from offer development and negotiations through to on-site execution. I worked across partner communication, collaboration terms and brand presence, ensuring that each partnership translated into a coherent and well-delivered festival experience.

I led the development of the venue’s event marketing and communication strategy, from shaping its positioning and programme direction to managing partnerships and coordinating communication activities. My role focused on building a coherent presence for Food Town as both a place and an active part of Warsaw’s urban culture.
